At Mirae Skin, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing genuine, high-quality products. Based on the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, and in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, our policy is as follows:
1- Cases where exchange or return is not possible
2- Cases in which retrieval is possible:
The customer is only allowed to request a return or exchange of the product in the following cases:
1. Receiving a product different from the original order.
2. The presence of a manufacturing defect or obvious damage to the product upon receipt.
3. The product has expired before the purchase date or arrived with an inappropriate shelf life for use.
3- Return request mechanism
• The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order via customer service or registered email.
• The product must be returned in its original condition (unused, unopened, and with all its accessories, if any).
• If the application is accepted, the following will occur:
• Replace the product with another similar product (if available).
• Or refund the amount to the customer within a period not exceeding 14 working days.
4- General observations
• We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions to ensure consumer safety and product quality, and we will cover the shipping fees.
